Fact-Checking Policy
A facade is built once and lived with for decades, so the advice on Front Elevation Design needs to be dependable. Here is how we handle accuracy.
What we review
- Plot sizes and floors. Common Indian plot sizes and floor counts are used consistently, and every design states the plot it was drawn for.
- Materials. Notes on tiles, stone, paint, glass, ACP, WPC and jali follow manufacturer fixing guidance and common site practice.
- Building rules. Setbacks, projections and height limits differ by city, so we point readers to their architect and local authority instead of quoting rules as fixed.
- Safety. Anything structural, such as cantilevers, heavy cladding or large glass, is flagged as work for a qualified engineer.
What we avoid
- Rates and price lists, which change often.
- Presenting vastu or other traditions as guarantees.
- Paid rankings of brands or builders.
